The Clinton County Economic Alliance is located in DeWitt, Michigan, just minutes from the Capital Region International Airport, the State Capital in Lansing, and Michigan State University.

John Czarnecki, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the CCEA, has over 30 years of economic development experience; ranging from city and county government to Michigan Economic Development Corporation. John is well versed in programs that may be beneficial to businesses and municipalities when considering development and/or expansion in Clinton County.

The CCEA is governed by a 13 member public/private leadership team comprised of community leaders that are also available to assist John and business partners with a wide array of services.
